Cancellation Policy

Unless agreed otherwise, in writing, discounted, promotional rate or customised space bookings are non-cancellable, non-changeable and non-refundable.

Except for the discounted, promotional rate or customised space bookings, the following cancellation fees apply.

  • No fee is charged for meeting room bookings cancelled at least 72 hours prior to the booked time. For example, if a workspace is booked from 9:00am, 5th January but cancelled before 9:00am, 2nd January, no cancellation fee will be charged.
  • 50% of the booking fee is charged for cancellations made within 24 and 72 hours of the booked time.
  • 100% of the booking fee is charged for cancellations made within 24 hours of the booked time.

A Booking is not officially cancelled until you receive a cancellation confirmation email from BluDesks. If a cancellation email is not received, contact BluDesks at support@bludesks.com.
